The Brief
Concerned by its reliance on an Excel spreadsheet, and in the absence of a suitable existing product, Prismm asked us for help.
To begin with this was one of those projects that where the challenge lay not in the software development itself, but in understanding how the company operated and translating that into a piece of software.
What we did
Spork built a custom application that simplified the creation and administration of waste collection orders for both Prismm staff and its customers, reducing administration time in the company by 40%.
